How do I restore my Pro subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Is my study progress backed up anywhere?
No. Your progress (answers, mistakes, statistics) is stored only on your device — nothing is uploaded. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted with it.
How do I study in my own language?
Tap the language button in the app to choose from 13 languages alongside English. Questions, explanations, flashcards and the timeline are all translated.
Is this an official government app?
No. The app is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. Always check official government sources for the latest test requirements.
